Pricing FAQ

Why is signup invite-only?

Tunneling services are a magnet for abuse. We onboard developers in small, verified batches so we can keep the network fast, keep abuse off the platform, and keep our IP space clean. Request an invite and we'll email your code as capacity opens up.

What happens when the beta ends?

You'll get at least 30 days' notice before any billing starts. You can downgrade to the free Hobby plan at any time, and beta users receive a permanent discount on paid plans.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — if you're unhappy with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of a charge for a full refund. See our Terms of Service for details.

Is there a bandwidth limit?

Plans are limited by request rate rather than raw bandwidth. Fair-use limits apply on all plans to protect the network; sustained high-volume use is a better fit for the Team plan with custom limits.
